Welcome to my little world and I am sincerely impressed you have actually made it this far. For those impatient, I promise to include bare minimum diatribe. My method of madness regarding this posting is to maintain personal sanity while working full time and attempting to complete a four year degree in two years and four months.

Considering you have progressed this far, I suspect it is my moral imperative to provide a brief glimpse into my background. First and foremost, I'm a computer geek. Not a very bright one mind you, nonetheless, by definition, a geek. With that said, sit back with mandatory beer and No-Doze and proceed with caution.

My name is Tim Brown and yes, I am fully aware this sounds like an alias. I am relatively new to the advanced education system and rapidly discovering the importance of quality study habits. My life is significantly altered since enrolment and I spend mass quantities of personal time gathering facts and figures only to format into required APA format. APA format! Are you fuck'n kidding me?

Theoretically, eight hours a day, five days a week, my precious personal time is dedicated to my employer, General Dynamics. This company is considered a U.S. government contractor; specializing in things that fly fast, disappear from radar, launch projectiles and travel under deep water. Me? I work for their network systems division. Technically, I’m paid to maintain many computers that collectively possess the stability of a Parkinson's convention. For the record, my technical skills hover at average, however, they have yet to figure that out.

Currently, I reside and work in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. For those pondering my method of madness, technically, this is by personal choice... It’s not that I wanted to leave family, home, and pets behind for un-chartered territories such as GTMO. It was to more in line with “escaping corporate reorganization” in Miami and attending corporate mandated college online.

Although my primary function centers on supporting computers residing on unstable networks, I do find occasional moments to design very bad websites for savage amusement and psychological therapy purposes. Yes, I am fully aware this site offers no significant social enlightenment, however, it does keep me from listening to the voices in my head.

For those morbidly curious, yes, it is an interesting adventure here considering current political situation and perpetual media attention. However, GTMO is by no means a tropical paradise and please, above all, don’t believe half the Bull Shit the media likes to disseminate about this place.
